We partner with organisations such as Citizens Advice Peterborough, Cross Keys Homes, and the Housing Support Team at Peterborough City Council who can refer you to us.
If you or someone you know needs to access Care Zone but isn’t connected with any of these organisations or a Support Worker, please call us on 01733 575083 and we will be glad to advise you further.
If your organisation works with vulnerable people who are in crisis and require practical support, we’d love you to register with us so that you can make referrals. In order to begin this process, please call us on 01733 575083.
Staff team and volunteers are all so warming and welcoming to absolutely all. The team are fantastic at listening to anyone who may have problems in their life or may be facing hardship financially. All persons whom I have personally supported to visit Care Zone only have such positive words and comments of the friendly staff who greet them from your organisation. They are always offered hot & cold drinks, refreshments and a friendly face just for a general chat if needed. I cannot thank you all enough. The work you do really does make such a huge difference to the lives of those who I support. Thanks for everything you have done and for everything you all continue to do.
