Welcome to our first season of prayer and fasting in 2024. The beginning of a new year is always a good time to reflect and pray into all that we sense the Lord is calling us into, as we look forward with expectancy to the season ahead.  During this time there will be opportunities to think about what this means for us personally, as well as for our church family. The key scripture that we’ll be using is, ‘Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen.’ Ephesians 3:20-21 (Amplified)

What a stunning reminder that we have the power of the Holy Spirit at work within us. As we fast and pray, let’s dare to believe that our prayers, hopes and dreams will come to fulfilment. Let’s pray that we will see breakthroughs and miracles, like never before, bringing honour and glory to our wonderful King Jesus.
