What we explore
Alpha runs over a number of weeks and takes you through foundational questions relating to the Christian faith. It's designed to be a clear, simple path of exploration, allowing you to build up your understanding week by week. The best part? You are exploring alongside a small group of people who are just as curious as you are.

By taking part, you’ll be joining the millions of people who have already experienced Alpha across the globe. Over the last 35 years, it has run in over 100 countries and over 100 languages – so it’s safe to say it’s a tried and tested approach when it comes to exploring faith!

What to expect
Each Alpha session has three key parts:

• Connection: Every session involves space to unwind, connect with others, and enjoy refreshments.
• Short film: We watch a high-quality film that explores a different topic each week – such as 'Who is Jesus?', 'How can I have faith?', or 'How does God guide us?'
• Open discussion: This is the heart of Alpha. In your small group, you’ll chat about what you’ve seen in the film. Bring your toughest questions and your honest opinions. Nothing is off-limits. But if you want to say nothing at all, that’s also totally fine.
